The Mission is following its normal cycle of services this week.

Some of the missioners will have a pilgrimage to the the Holy Monastery of Panagia Gorgoepikoos in Geelong on Saturday 11 February, coinciding with their Divine Liturgy at 9am. Contact the Administrator if you are interested in participating.

The Mission resumes the normal cycle of Services this week, with variations this week for the Feast of Theophany.

The Mission will be open at the times indicated below. There will be no services during the week. The normal cycle of services will recommence next week (15 January)

The Calendar contains all information essential for an Orthodox Christian to participate in the daily life and seasonal cycles of the Church, including all feast days and fasts, the main Saints commemorated in the daily Services, the appropriate Tone for the week, and daily scripture readings.

The calendar also features a photographic record of the life of the Mission community, and also that of our brethren in Gereja Ortodox Indonesia (GOI – the Orthodox Church of Indonesia,) whom we continue to support.

This year, December 25th (civil calendar) falls on a Sunday, and the Mission will have its regular Sunday services. That day has no special significance in the Church’s calendar, and no additional services will be held.
